Securing a $37M Fundraise

Leeo launched with a consumer smart nightlight, but needed a roadmap to scale. As the Product Manager for Enterprise IoT, I spearheaded the expansion into B2B markets.

I conducted market analysis across Real Estate and Utility sectors to define the company’s long-term vision. Beyond strategy, I built the team’s capacity—recruiting and supervising a design intern who successfully converted to a full-time key hire.

My research didn’t just shape the roadmap—it was the catalyst that secured E.ON (one of the world’s largest utility providers) as a strategic lead investor.
