Enterprise Social Computing

I collaborated with Ph.D. researchers in the HCI Group to design an enterprise social networking platform (Twinkle). I prototyped novel social interfaces for workplace collaboration well before the era of Slack/Teams.

My work focused on cross-cultural design research, using qualitative methodologies to optimize digital experiences for the Chinese market.
